Easy peasy spinach, carrot and chickpeas stirfry


1 tsp oil

Half grated carrot

8 finelly chopped cloves of garlic

1 tsp chilli flakes

I bowl of coarsely chopped spinach

Handful of boiled chickpeas

1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Salt to taste.


Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry the garlic until it becomes brown then add chilli flakes and fry till there is a nutty aroma. Then add the carrot and spinach and add salt and pepper. Fry till the water from the spinach evaporates. Then add the chickpeas and sauté for  3- 5 mins. Serve hot.
